Cause Description:
Appalachian Horse Help and Rescue exists to rescue unwanted, abandoned and neglected horses. We also go out into the community to teach the public about horse issues and ownership. We house the animal and give them regular vet check-ups, nourishment, physical and mental, and when the horse is well enough it is placed in a new loving home.
